Our suggestions for powers/abilities mysterium_mods May 10 2011, 19:21:35 UTC
Thanks for your application! Everything looks good; we just want to make sure we're all on the same page for powers and the like. Here's what we'd suggest:

1) Daisya can still activate the Charity Bell, and it will have the ability to damage supernatural creatures, but to a lesser extent than we see in canon. Rather than managing to destroy enemies using sound waves, it will behave much more like a bullet, a single shot that blasts through with incredible force and speed, but is still relatively localized. Like a gunshot wound, sometimes it will hit something more vital than others. It will do relatively more damage to supernatural creatures than it would do to normal ones (particularly supernatural creatures that are sensitive to sound/vibration), but not on the level of being able to destroy them from within.

2) The Charity Bell has similar effects on mundane items, like doors, walls, human beings, etc. It can penetrate them like a gunshot, but it has no explosive powers.

3) Daisya himself, though retaining exceptional athletic ability, will be generally within the (very high end of) human range as far as physical abilities go.

As far as arrival goes, just for clarification, on the first round we're asking all new characters to come in via the portal. What we'd suggest in terms of making that work for Daisya is to have the moment when the Tease enters his body be the moment where he "slips" out of his world and into this one.

He can be arriving quite well beat up, but our take is that without Tyki and the Tease dealing the death blow, he wouldn't be in a position where he'd be at risk of dying on arrival.

Looks wonderful to me! I would agree that without the deathblow, Daisya will be fine- cranky and sore for a little while, but not anywhere near death. ^______^ Can't wait to get started!

Can't access the contact page yet- all others are complete. Going to hold off on the residence listing and see where he ends up- he'll probably drift around for awhile.
