(no subject)
Book 7 title which requires no specification because you all probably already know what it is. So...I had to find out from my sister because (gasp shock horror) I was too busy to go online until right this moment, which was embarrassing enough, but then I couldn't seem to fight the crestfallen expression anyway. I'm excited nonetheless, which isn't that hard for me when it comes to HP, but I haven't read any of the theories. Frankly, it's too soon for any kind of conjecturing, but I think the last word might pertain to either Harry's parents and the circumstances of their death or the fact that it is a Celtic belief that magic is at its most potent and spirits rise from the dead on that particular night. Sorry if I ruined it for anyone, but I feel like I might have actually been the last one to know!
Speaking of the last one to know something, I assumed that when I was introduced to who I thought was my friend's brother's fiance as the future girlfriend of my other friend's cousin (try to follow me here) that I was simply the last one to know that the brother's and the girl's engagement was broken off. So when I playfully gave my friend crap for not telling me her brother wasn't engaged anymore and she asked me what I was talking about, I figured that I had maybe just opened up a whole can of worms. Since then I have learned that "everyone" knew that the girl was cheating on my friend's brother with my other friend's cousin, but no one was saying anything. So, my bad, but it's really better that the brother finds out right? I'm under no obligation to protect this girl I hardly know and though it's none of my business, she *told* me herself that the engagement was off (even if her fiance had no idea), so if she didn't want anyone to find, she should have paid attention to the freakin TRAIL! In the immortal words of Joey from FRIENDS, "You always gotta think about the trail!"
