i'm up here at real estate one (yeah, i'm going to be quitting in the next month or so).. and this agent that works here calls asking for someone (i put him to the floor person because i thought the woman was still working floor), well the actual floor person came to me saying 'that call is for ....' and so i put the call through to the woman's line.. she doesn't answer, and the agent calls back and says "is it busy there?' me: yes; him: 'well, i just called for ... and was put on hold for a long time and transfered about 2 or 3 different places' me: i'm sorry; him: 'that's ok, but if i were a customer...'

and i'm just kinda pissed off because this guy isn't my boss or anything and really has no right to dictate to me.. or tell me that shit..
