for those of you who have taken AP English...this one's for you!
AP English Hate Poem
I do not like AP English, no way!
I will not like it any day.
I do not care for its vocab tests,
I do not care for its allusions quests.
I really dislike those grammar quizzes,
To get a 100 you need to have a note card made by whizzes.
Who actually read Farewell to Arms?
And didn't want to do the author some harm?
Has anyone ever read anyone else's essay?
We all give each other grades and write really messy.
This research report is a pain in the ass.
Especially due after FCAT week, 'cause we all skipped class.
I never want to analyze our wrong answers for the MC spree,
And not have it count really as a grade, that angered me.
The whole class is a complete bore,
Please, Oh God, tell me there is no more!
I truly scorn non-fiction now, more than I can say,
Thank God it'll all be over then, after a four hour exam in May.
