Turkey, Bacteria, Red Heads
Note to people who marry a girl/guy with a red head mother:
Kind of is annoying,because red heads are in most cases snobby, know it alls, and wierdos. Not all are like this, but most are.
I don't know how much more I can take of it, but oh well. Seems like my wifes mom is always out to make you feel stupid/guilty/like you dont know anything/always has to be better than yours/better story/politically correct/assuming things all the time/bleh
Sounds great yeh?
oh and not to mention, NOT SANITARY. It's gross when people:
1.Lick their fingers while eating and after and then touch other FOOD/People/Door knobs.
2.Does not pay attention to how dirty the DISH RAG is and then wipe down the counter and cutting board, then NOT disinfect it.(Number one place to find Bacteria that can make you seriously ill or die.)
3.Dosen't follow the 20Sec rule for washing hands WITH SOAP and HOT WATER after going to the bathroom (my mom needs to work on that) and other things that can cause Cross Contamination.(when raw food or anything that harbors bacteria is touched and then you touch something else that is a Potentialy Hazardous Food)
4.Picks at peoples food with their nasty unwashed hands.
5.double dipping.
6.Soap and watr does not kill all bacteria, only snaitizer does (even that sometimes won't)
Another Note to people on Thanksgiving:
DO NOT STUFF YOUR TURKEY
The stuffing is a place for bateria to harbor because it is put into a raw turkey, YES, RAW.
You have to cook it to 140degrees F.
Make your stuffing outside the turkey.
