As I'm sure most of you are aware of, most of the Amestris's machinery has been malfunctioning. There have been attempts to correct this problem, but in the meantime, please remain calm and refrain from using any of the machinery. If, for some reason, it is absolutely necessary, please inform me, or one of the other officers, and we'll see what we can do. The same applies if you have any questions about it. In the event that anyone has sustained an injury, minor or not, please head to the infirmary for treatment immediately. If you've noticed anyything relevant, no matter how slight or unusual, it would be appreciated if you notified one of us.
While we haven't specified the cause yet, in order to narrow down the possibilities, I would like to request for everyone aboard the vessel to gather into the ballroom for a rollcall. Please bring your boarding papers and passports with you. I would then like to have a few volunteers, who would be willing to join me in a search through the ship to see if there is anyone unidentified within the Amestris.
