[Tear has decided she needed something other than her uniform to wear, so today she's dressed somewhat like this, save for the shirt being sleeveless to accommodate the warmth. She's also outside house Five, enjoying said weather and fiddling with her ill-placed scarf, given it's July. It was cute, so she got it anyway. Her journal is with her,

[Taichi here is out walking at a much slower pace than usual, and unlike Tear he's in a long-sleeved shirt. Disoriented child is disoriented though since he's trying to get to the store but obviously has gone the wrong way since he's wandering around in front of house five]

[...Well that's odd. She watches him for a moment before walking toward him, absently folding her journal closed and tucking it into the neck of her scarf so it's out of the way.]

[jumps a little, since he failed to notice that there's a Tear in the vicinity. He'll give her a sideglance but he's still definitely off.] ...hi.

[Yeah, given you're not full of smile and childish exuberance like you usually are, we notice that. Hesitates, but keeps walking and reaches out to touch his shoulder, almost absently.] Are you all right?

[brb totally disregarding the question but he'll easily move even with that touch] I need to get to town.

[Quietly observes him for a while, her hands clasped behind her back. After a while...] Is she ill?

Yes...she got sick yesterday. I have to get medicine for her so she doesn't get worse. She needs to get better soon.

[Reaches out and sets a hand on his shoulder.] Would you like my help?

[stilll trying to make his reflexes catch up with his brain so give him a few seconds to register the hand] Okay. If you want, you might know what would be best to get for her since you're a healer.

[once she mentions that though, he'll try to slide away from her hand even though she's right. He...actually probably looks a little delusional right now but he'll shake his head anyway] I'm fine but I gotta take care of 'Kari. [keeps walking]
