I am hungry, but the only person around to make food for me at 1 AM is me.
Boo.
I must become a master of income tax in 24 hours. I discovered that unexpectedly, my teacher wants more case law and "gray" area stuff. Perhaps I should have expected it.
Most of it I don't find very difficult. But I have to admit, my understanding is more cpa level than tax lawyer level, I need to remember more about the underlying policies so as to make more of those sketchy arguments tax lawyers are always making. That is to say, I can get a B.
But I would like an A.
toiuka, I can't face my arrogant tax partner without an A... My guess is he's that 99% of lawyers that give the rest of us a bad name.
