sooo, schools almost done!
I have one semester left till graduation :)
well, then a summer class. no big though!
either way, i'm almost there :)
It's been one of the worst semesters of college though, I must say.
I busted my ass in biology and though it may not look like it, I probably would have failed if i were a freshmen taking the class. I had no motivation back then.
I feel that my photography has grown and become more contextual. I feel confident enough that I have a full body of work together and could easily have a show. This semester my teacher pushed me to really think about my work. So I surrounded myself with my own work by living with it and making sure i had a board with my images that id fall asleep next to and wake up with. It helped in so many ways, as did writing. So, I am very happy with all of that.
Graphic design went awesome, too. My type specimen book came out sweeet. stoked!
This break I'm going to challenge myself by buying some polaroid film and taking atleast one photo a day. And I really need to make it a good one since polaroid film is like $2 an image or something crazy like that. At the same time as that though I need to explore my Elvis and Jesus theme more for class. I'm switching back to slide film instead of digital. I feel more attatched to film in the sense that i spend more intimate time with each image while working on it. That might sound WICKED lame, but I hope atleast some people get it. Digital has its area though. I still love my camera! ;) haha

I hate shopping. But I love shopping for Mike!
I can not wait to give him his gifts!!!
And on that note i'm totally head over heels with him. As ive been for a long time now. Its just been extra oober cute lately. <3 And im excited we're on break together soon! Well, hes only got 2 weeks but either way it'll be great!

I'm super stoked on Meggy-Lee's party on Friday!!! YES!!
This weekend I need to finish Christmas shopping for my parents and just about everyone else I need to buy for! I seriously hate shopping though!!! ugh.
