NaNoWriMo ate my soul and fed it to the plot bunnies
Despite NaNoWriMo and the plot bunnies eating my soul, I'd say things are going rather well. Even though in the beginning it didn't seem like I could stretch my novel out to 50k words, I'm nearing the 30k mark that I thought my plot would come to a halt at. And the good news is, my story doesn't totally suck!
I still have some fleshing out to do, however. Anybody have any good stories on "shadow people" or "shadow monsters"? It's a sci-fi novel and those play a big role in it. I have an idea of what I want to do with these guys, but any spooky stories would be welcomed.
Total word count so far: 23,431. It's actually starting to look like a novel, folks!
