Episode ReviewThis episode gave me a heart attack! I mean, I knew that they couldn't permanently shut down the Scranton branch, but I had no idea how they would save it. It's just too bad that Josh's character had to leave the show so early, because it would have been nice to delve into another character's life. I wonder how they'll keep going into Andy's life, though, because I'd like to see him in more episodes, just being less of a jackass.
So we got a confession from Karen tonight! She really does have a thing for Jim, which is cute, but not so good for JAM fans. We also find out that Jim didn't want to go back to Scranton because of "unpleasant memories". I wonder if he regrets everything that he did with Pam. That would break my heart. Even though from next week's preview, we do know that they reunite and that's so frakking awesome because they hug each other when Jim arrives at he office. Karen will be coming along with him, though, so this complicates things for Jim and Pam. I have no idea where the writers are going with this JAM relationship, but I really hope it works out. I'm on NBC'S The Office Live Blog with writer Greg Daniels right now and he just made a post asking us what we thought they should do with the Jim and Pam relationship and that he was thinking of dropping that storyline, and that's really scary. Most people are commenting, saying that they want to keep the JAM thing going on, but some people like Karen better than Pam. Gah! Oh, he made another post saying that he'd keep the storyline for a little longer. alkshfkasdh.
The Ryan and Kelly thing just... cracks me up so much. And Michael and Dwight were awesome in this episode. Their little recounting of favourite moments in the car was sweet. Nothing really emotional happened, but for them to actually sit together and just...consider the possiblity of never working together again and never working again for Dunder Mifflin just... so sweet. As much as it would have been nice for some of the employees at Scranton to start over, I'm glad that their adventure with Michael and Dwight and man, Stanley, Phyllis, Creed! I'm glad that the adventure will keep going!

In order, here are brief summaries of some of the posts that Greg Daniels is currently posting:
- John Krasinski fools around lots on set, as well as Rainn!
- When John had to fall off his bike last week when he was trying to get home after drinking with Andy and hanging out with him and Karen all night, he was actually drunk while filming! He actually wanted to keep falling off his bike because he was having so much fun but Greg had to stop him, rofl.
- Dwangela is still going strong! Apparently, there will be some big drama happening in January
- They are hoping to do a St. Patrick's Day episode but NBC has in repeats during that time. They also want to do more webisodes based on following the cast around Scranton
- Ricky Gervais helped Greg write an upcoming episode called "The Convict" that will air November 30th.
- The Office will have an hour-long special Christmas episode! But may, instead, have a half-hour long episode wihtout any commercials
- Greg asks if the Jim and Pam storyline should continue because he's thinking about droppping it
- Question about whether Toby/Paul should surf or drown (meaning if they should keep the character or not)
- Greg decides to keep Jim and Pam for a little longer and suggest to possibly have them play a part in Toby's surf story
- Oscar will return in January!
- Michael romance! "Fans of Michael's lovelife should especially catch the Christmas special."
