we fell through the ice when we tried not to slip
yesterday was timmy's grad party, but i only stayed for about an hour, then evan picked me up and we went out for thai food...it was good, my first thai experience...then we went w/some older friends of his to a play called "she" in the burg...it was alright, i think the script ran in circles, and the WHOLE time, the girl had no shirt on at all...just underwear and a bathrobe...and there was some sleazy looking guy there who was breathing heavily the whole time, thank god evan sat next to him so i didn't have to...he would have freaked me out...then we all went to garryson's tavern and had veggie pizza...we tried to watch a movie later on, but i kept falling asleep...i swear i have acute narcolepsy or something b/c i can never stay awake...
today, went to church in the am and randomly sat next to amy, who was my best friend in 9th and 10th grade...she moved to maryland so i haven't seen her in a while...so we all went out for lunch after church...then evan and i and his parents went to see his old guitar teacher play a solo show...it was really good...he was an amazing guitar player...later on we decided to be nice and take evan's lil sis ellen and her friend to Juice and Java...then we tried to watch 'the pianist', but yet again, i kept falling asleep...
tomorrow...work 8-4, which isn't bad...i'm going to be tired as hell, but that's nothing new...evan starts his job @ mt. gretna theater tomorrow...he's going to be doing sound design for all the plays...he's really excited...it's a good job and it pays very well...
i've been listening to wilco much of the time lately...yankee hotel foxtrot...it's really good...they're playing in philly on june 28th and SONIC YOUTH is opening for them...so i am really hoping to go...but the tix are a little expensive...oh well...it'll be worth it...
ok, now i better head to bed...i'm going to be a wreck when i have to be up in 4 hrs...
