Have not dipped into reserve 35 points at all, every day I've gone over I've had activity points to swap so it's all evened out. I have earned 38 activity points this week thus far.
Today I did not feel so hot while walking so I cut it a little short, went 2.06 miles instead of usual 2.25-2.5 in the morning. Perhaps later today if I'm feeling up to it I'll push a little more, if I still feel run down though, I'm just going to do a TV workout, maybe some yoga or the cardio blast, I'll see how the day shapes up.
