had a great day with my ucsb ladies today... i guess it's a good thing to know someone who works at disneyland :) we were lucky that not a lot of people were eager to see mickey today (well, compared to the typical crazy disneyland crowd) so we waited in 30 minute lines (max) and got a few other perks as well. i don't like free fall rides, but i definitely recommend the hollywood tower of terror. i went on soarin' california--or california soarin'... i forgot--for the first time and that was pretty cool, but i don't think there is enough to do at california disney to spend a whole day there like disneyland. and if anyone goes to disneyland in the future, watch out for those strollers... seriously, i think parents use them as weapons! my right foot needs a massage, too much walking for small-and-out-of-shape me.

i also realized that as you get older, the more you don't mind leaving disneyland a little earlier... well, for me at least. i think disneyland seems more magical when you're little... i miss those days.
