i always enjoy being a random gadget geek once in a while and browse those gadget websites for a couple of hours consecutively; whether they are cool or not. anyway, i chanced upon this gadget which i think is uber useful, especially for our parents' generation when all photos are captured on film instead of digitally.
this lil thing needs no battery or external power source. just plug to the PC's usb port, put in the negatives or film slides and transform them into 5-megapixel photographs. it will be so much easier to get our baby photos and such into computer, and makes things way easier when thinking of making scrapbook as present for the older generations as they usually involve nice, younger photos of the recipient.
its for over a hundred usd now. lets wait for the price to fall, ne. ^_^"
