Rogue had thought long and hard about this since her conversation with Rachel. She did need to go on leave and sort everything in her head out. Remy's transformation into Death would be an appropriate reason and buy her a few weeks. Where to take the sabbatical was the problem. She wanted to be close enough that if the X-Men really needed her she could return quick enough but also far enough away that she would feel safe enough to let herself unwind without prying eyes. "Why are you requiring time alone?" Mystique watched Rogue carefully. It wasn't because of the damn Cajun, if it had been she'd have taken time off weeks ago. This was because of last night; something had happened.
