Sooo, first of… I went back to yoga :) I used to practice it actively ever since I was 14, all this theoretical stuff and meditations. It was all awesome. And I had a great teacher, too. Even two. But later they went more into self development and stopped actually teaching.
Anyway, I loved that club that I found. It was like a feeling, you know. I visited a few websites and called to a few places but I was somehow drawn to this one from the start. So I picked it! Plus, it is very close to my office and I can walk there if necessary. I loved the atmosphere and my teacher was really nice. Her name is Stefania and she’d been studying and practicing in India. Gotta ask her if she met Sai Baba :))
I loved the combination of theory, practice, mediation and mantras, even though it was a bit hard because I hadn’t been much into any physical activities for the last two months, my 8+ hr walks in UK aside LOL All in all, it pretty much felt like coming home :) It doesn’t make much sense to go into how great it felt because one has to actually go through it to understand it. I’ll share more after a few classes because maybe I didn’t see the whole picture just yet. But I can say one thing - I am glad to be back :)
Now, as I promised - Oxford! [a lot of photos, mainly nature coz I hate being on the pictures and prefer to stay on the other side of the camera, and plus - I am a nature freak!] *don’t worry, not all 137 of them ;)*
*The sword was etched into the pavement at the entrance to the Christ Church Cathedral Park. The writing says: "My sword I give to Him shall succeed me in my pilgrimage" [whatever it means]
I have to say that of all the cities and towns that I’ve ever visited in UK [not that there were that many of them but still], Oxford is one of my favorite. My heart belongs to Ilfacombre (Devon) though but Oxford is definitely a close second :)) It was beautiful, serene and it had that special atmosphere that made me want to stay there and never leave. Maybe I didn’t look hard enough, but I didn’t notice any modern buildings there, and just walking along
narrow streets of the old town among the centuries-old buildings, you cannot help but feel being a part of history as well.

I fell in love with it and the only thing I regretted was spending too little time there. Well, that and early sunset :P I remember being able to stay outside till 8 pm in May. In November though it was getting dark some time after 3 pm :P The next I am in England - and if of course I have enough free time - I want to visit it again and explore it more thoroughly :) It gives you this feeling of inner peace that makes you want more and more, and it is never enough, and you just want to be there :)
It was a fantastic day. One of a few sunny days on my trip. It was warm and fresh and all these colors and the very smell of the Fall - it was breathtaking. I love Fall. Come to think of it, it is probably my favorite season of the year. People think it is sad. It is not. It is peaceful and it if full of new beginnings :) And it has that special beauty that goes straight to the heart :)
*Some evening views :)) My camera is not really good for them so that's the best I can show :)
