In about two hours I'll be going to anatomy lab, where two cadavers will be just lying there the entire time. I'm not too sure about this.. the dead cats were kind of funny, like anatomically correct rubber chickens, but humans are another matter altogether. I refused to look at the body at the last funeral I went to, and I've almost always been afraid of mummies. There's just something wrong with looking at the outside of something and knowing that the inside is rotten.
But then again, the formaldehyde will have taken care of that..
The EKG detectors that go on your fingers didn't work on me last anatomy lab. Apparently I have horrible circulation. That probably explains my perpetually cold hands.

Dora, sorry I made it sound so bad! :[ I think what Brandon said was pretty accurate -- it was nothing to be nervous about. I was more queasy before seeing them than after. So.. after yesterday, I'd say that the cadavers were neither shocking nor disturbing. :)
