amazingly_me wrote an epistolary fic for me (!!), and it's adorable and cheering and a joy to read-- I really dislike spring (jgfl;jgfjgfl it makes sense! I swear!), and I've been feeling pretty sad about the oncoming summer. This story was like a beautiful breath of winter-y deliciousness ♥

"Friday" by Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Fallon. I DON'T THINK I UNDERSTAND. WHAT IS THIS. I need a moment. Is this what that rainbow on the wall* was trying to tell me? Was it trying to tell me that Stephen Colbert + Friday = inexplicably entertaining?
Do I want to spend time trying to convince people that going to the supermarket & buying stuff for 1) meatloaf, 2) pasta with potatoes and prosciutto, 3) apple pie, 4) baked potatoes IS THE BEST THING THEY COULD EVER DO?
*there was a rainbow on my wall yesterday. YES I DON'T UNDERSTAND EITHER. It was there for more than five minutes, then it started to fade into a violet-and-green smudge, and then it disappeared completely. I don't think I hallucinated it, but seriously, so surreal! WAS IT A SIGN? WHAT WAS IT TRYING TO TELL ME?
