There is a whole chapter in this book that I'm reading dedicated to how Greeks related to dreams and the whole philosophy and interpretation of them in ancient times! Isn't this amazing? It is amazing!
I am terribly amused by the fact that the gates of horn and ivory were mentioned (hi jibrailis hi! ♥) and also by the fact that apparently people in Rome sold dreams for money (hi Presque Vu hi!).
...I am not quite sure how to interpret the intersections between my leisure reading and my even more leisure-y reading.
