More progress.
Peter and Nick were unable to come today, but in the late afternoon our friend Doug called round and helped move the dressing table back into the bedroom. It is now possible to sit comfortably and watch TV, not that we did much of that as we felt too tired.
Doug said he knew someone who might be interested in having the EMac, so I helped him load it in his car. It was good to get it out of the house. I also asked that if they can get it working I would appreciate them burning my photos to CD for me. Now that the Emac has been removed from the dining table I'm hoping to start work on the 2 pairs of trousers I need to make for Sydney. Cutting out is the difficult part, after that it shouldn't take too long to make them.
I'm supposed to be going to dinner on Wednesday for Peter's 50th birthday but I'm starting to wonder if I can stay awake for it - dinner is booked for 8.30pm and most nights lately I am in bed by then. There will be a barbecue on Saturday which I will also be attending.
