I've decided to categorize San Francisco as another country after standing in the grocery aisle at a grocery store chain I didn't know existed, staring at the shelves and only recognizing maybe one brand. Oh. And what grocery store doesn't sell frozen chicken tenderloins?

Pretty sure I just moved to an entirely different English speaking country.
