Howdy,

I ordered an upgrade / continuation subscription for McAfee for my USB Thumb drive.

Have issues with the upgrade.   Page tells me to contact customer support.

I even had the "yes, it's sunny here now, but it looks like rain". . .

FINALLY, since 7 (yes 7, including "the boss") of them couldn't figure out what a USB Thumb drive was, or WHY I would be ordering their product upgrade for it, I called them several 4 letter names and hung up.
Hint:  RAIN, MOON, GOOD were NOT on the list.

THEN. . .   PROMPTLY called my VISA to make sure the damned order didn't go through.
