I'm so glad you were born and continue to celebrate birthdays. You are forever young in my mind as you cannot ever catch me. Unless I quit and I don't intend to not stay out in front for quite some time.
I remember having a lot of fun playing with you when you were little and now your kids are older than that.
I remember chatting up those boys at the "Last" concert for the Who. I think we were chosen as 'fun girls' because we pogo'd the entire B52 set. I remember them saying that they were playing 'just for us'. Then we had to keep dancing, we had no choice. The lesson there, and I think you got it, is to have fun nomatterwhat. and we totally did. And luckily the Who fans were peaceable enough folk.
I remember your wedding and how it honored Mother in all her missingness. That was really sweet and meaningful for me. And I know she'd've loved it, (or maybe she did... She seems to be hanging around.)
Now I see you only occasionally in the flesh and all the time online. I am appreciating the online stuff. It's good to keep in touch...
I hope you are having a super fun 4th of July and that there is easy fun, that you don't have to work too hard for.
Auntie M.
mrs_talksalot,
