Power of a Hug

In Montreal, on the street leading down to the port, in the season of tourists stands a man. He is dressed as a true gentleman from the 1800s, he has a hat on, an umbrella on his arm and a flower in his front pocket. There are foot prints drawn in chalk on the cobble stone floor leading up to him. He stands not moving with his arms in midair as if welcoming you.
