You listen to Squirrel Nut Zipper at all Wes? I'm all about the big bass. It's the pimp daddy of the instrumental world. Damn, now I feel like buying lounge shirts, slacks and fat ties. lol

I've heard their cd, but I'm not a big fan of their stuff as a whole. It's not bad, but it's just not my prefrence. I prefer a more bebop or east coast swing sound like Royal Crown Revue or Steve Lucky and the Rumba Bums.

I see... I like RCR. Having lived in california I'm used to hearing; Big Bad Voodoo daddys, cherry poppin daddys and the like, but I do prefer RCR.

suck course of action? Swing and jazz created what you listen to.

yeah i meant such course of action.

Be that as it may, forsaking something better for that which spawned the better doesn't make sense. That would be like driving a Model-T instead of a Viper because if it wasn't for the Model-T...

You like it, more power to you, but im keepin my hats dammit

At the same time you can be forsaking the better by ignoring the foundation. Or, simply, swing and jazz are simply better. The makers of the viper understand the model t... in doing so, they could evolve.
