I...I thought I had been placed on the bottom floor. Though to be so high up is exciting. I tried looking for my mother in the clouds but the sky here is stained and dirty. A girl at work called it pollution.

Do people really enjoy these machines? They seem so boring after awhile. All..all you do is pull the lever? Over and over?

That's why I'm thankful I'm on the 6th floor, no slot machines and there isn't a different in where my apartment is~

I think the machines are for those with the obsessive personality types. Casinos have them and a bunch of other less pointless but more risky games and they're wildly popular.

I don't mind the stairs really...but it would be nice to be on a quieter floor.

I see, why would they be here then?

Yeah, the stairs are good. Helps balance out all the sweets people try to feed you at this time of year. I don't know why all of these holidays have to be associated with food.

All of the holidays I remember back home at my father's always had big feasts...so perhaps its a human thing.

She seems to enjoy it.

Guess so. Daddy always got a lot more food offered to him during holidays.

Yeah, this is pretty light for her, too. She must be taking a break or something.

I remember that...the sailors passing through my waters always had better sacrifices.

Are her events or games or whatever they're called usually more cruel?

They can be. I've been shot, stuck with a bunch of kids more than once and had ghosts of my siblings haunting me.

Those all sound terrible! I guess I'm lucky to have arrived now.

Guess so. It sucks but you get over it just in time for something else to happen.
