They're everywhere...those bird-headed men they call Taheen. His servants.

They've got how many patrols to watch us with? Can they see what we're writing on these things now too?

Could the Crimson King really take this place over just like that? Without even us having any chance to fight? I can't feel the darkness inside of me...or, it's still there ( Read more... )

headed for the shock collar, checking in, imprisonment, nasty taheen, event: devar-toi, an escape plan?

What are you expecting from a plan? Any advantage we had is gone. I can't do anything. All we've got is the people who know how to fight a bit better than other people, fighting against unlimited power.

We can't just give up and do nothing.

Where does that railway go...

What's the point? Where are we going to escape to? Look around.

There's nothing to escape to. There's nowhere to go. There's no point in doing anything, because anything we do will just be because the Gods decided to let us feel like maybe we had some influence on the world until they screw us again.

Don't give in, Rion, that's just what they want you to do!

So what's our plan?

We don't have any equipment. We don't have any powers. We don't have anything and we're fighting something with enough power to arbitrarily change the world.

We've gotta work together at it, first off. Figure out what's going on.

And then what?

Riqis, we can't do anything about this. Discordia decided that it's now time for us to be powerless and in some sort of prison camp, and that's where we're going to be. Even if we do escape the prison, we haven't escaped her.

What's the point? We're going to escape and then go where? Into the middle of whatever's out there, possibly without food and water, where the Gods can just do whatever they want anyway?

I figured out what's going on. We've been fucked.

[What Rion wants, more than anything else, is for someone to be able to tell him that it's alright and not be lying. He's not sure this is even possible, at this point, but it's a good thing he doesn't have the video on - he's visibly freaking the fuck out.

He's completely useless in this environment.]

Discordia decided? Says who? Says who...we don't know! We thought she got rid of him, The Crimson King, and now it's his things running the show here.

...Fine! Fine, if you want to just stand there and cry and don't even try to change it and fight back, you don't deserve to be called her Queensguard.

Zelda will figure out something to do. You'll see. She's always stood up to the Crimson King.

Does it matter which one of them's doing it if they can do this?

We've still got our free will. Lucifer says that's something we need to make the choice to give up.
