Look Around, There's No Infection
Adam and I went to Brendan and Tasha's place tonight to celebrate Brendan's birthday. There wasn't many people there, but it was enough to make me uncomfortable. I was also feeling sick and thought maybe a migraine was coming on, so I opted to leave early. adam is still out, but he should be home around 12 or so.
We watched a film called Mirrormask last night. It was beautiful. I'm thankful i got to see it finally. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoyed "The Labyrinth" or other movies of that nature...to anyone who loves to see human creativity, via motion picture, at its best.
I'm meeting up with my employment counselor tomorrow. I'm happy about this...I really, REALLY need a job. I hope we can accomplish some things together. i would love to get out of here as soon as possible. It's getting to be a bother (for his parents too, I'm sure).
I felt like I was having a bad style day today. I looked frumpy...it irked me. Although my younger cousin and I went out for coffee today and she said I looked 18 or 19. That made me feel better. haha. I'm vain (sometimes).
It was nice to meet up with Sam today. I'm glad I can be there for her like family members should be. I always wished for a closer extended family and she's the same way, so I figure even if it's just the two of us, at least that's something.
