[Simon sees the woman he believes to be a seer. He watches her, fascinated, for a moment, then he remembers himself.]

[Turns back around and sets down her last pie, dusting her hands off slowly]

Yes, I suppose we all have burdens to bear.

[myowndrumbeat]

.........[Staaaarts walking away]

[Takes a couple of steps forward.]

Why do you have so many pies?

[myowndrumbeat]

[Doesn't stop walking, but holds up her now empty hands for a moment before setting them back against her sides]

[Simon returns the last pie she sat down, examining it.]

[myowndrumbeat]

[AND IT HAS HIS NAME ON IT O_O

on top of the pie there is a neatly scripted letter with the word "Simon" written elegantly across it. Inside the letter is a short and succinct history of just about every interesting event that has happened to Simon in his life...

River keeps walking]

[Simon examines it. His training. The day the Vampire Killer was passed on to him. The battle against Dracula. Learning about the curse. It was all there. But why show him this? He stands there, contemplating it, but does not try to follow River.]

[If he bothers to look up at any point, he'll notice that River is gone, even her footprints seem to just stop..]
