Maybe there really is no chance we will ever see them again...
I really hope that they did not stop the journey for us. I know that they cannot know that we are safe, however... there are more important things.
Perhaps I should cease constantly wallowing in melancholy and regret and try to make the most of what I do have. I worry, but... there is nothing that I can really do about that worry.
