NEED YOUR HELP
Everyone, I have a request for information. I have been with my company for one year and have my annual review coming up. I'm already armed with a list of accomplishments, successes and comparable salary information. My architecture firm is pretty casual but cheap. Is there any advice you can offer on the following subjects:
A. Should I procure reccomedations/testimonials from people I have worked with?
B. Methods for ensuring my salary is increased to at least what I'm worth, if not more.
That is the majority of it. I feel pretty confident in what I have done and know that has been recognized and what information I have accumulated thus far.
Any and all suggestions you can give on anything would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
