The night whispered in my ear that you were meant to be here & all was safe & sound for a short while. The streetlight glisten was shining through the window as you pulled me close and softly mumbled in my ear that you never wanted to be without my love. Those words hummed like a familiar lullaby & I smiled, for a short while. I was left speechless as you moved in for what was the last kiss. I fell sound asleep almost instantly.
