I should be working...
I should be doing homework, but I'm lazy today and I'm having a hard time working on this latest project. The biggest problem is the layout of this 2-page flyer I have to do. None of the options in Publisher are appealing and what I'm working on just doesn't look right. Plus I'm worried I'm not adding enough info. We only had one example to go on and it was packed. I'll have to look at it again and see what else I can squeeze out.
Yesterday we took down the swing and jump-er-oo and I cried. My little man is getting so big! At least now we can play in his room. We spent the whole day chasing around round blocks and his nerf ball. It's nice that he can crawl after them now so I don't have to go get them. He has also learned he can crawl after cats to give them "hugs." This consists of plopping his whole upper body on the cat and grabbing their fur with his hands. It's really cute, but poor cats! Karma is a snot and bit me today--she's mad because she couldn't sleep in TO's room since we were playing in there. She sat and glared at us from the hallway.
One more cute Tommy tidbit. He really likes his playpen. So much so that he doesn't want to come out of it to eat! We keep thinking of Marty McFly's uncle in Back to the Future... the mom says "He cries whenever we take him out, so we just leave him in there all the time." We hope this doesn't mean TO will be a jailbird like that kid!
Anyway, I think I will go play Sudoku.
