summer's almost here
UHMMMM I suck at updating. So much so it kindof makes me wonder why I update at alll.
Things with the living situation cleared up nicely. Not sure how.. but Elise came to stay.. then her cousin came to stay.. and the next day things were fine. Ohh well
Mmmm we had to take down our lofts and return them and return our fridge/microwave, and our room is very weird now. White walls everywhere. and i dont like it. And we have bunkbeds-- which is weird too. Lately I've been going to bed/reading early, and getting up earlier than her, so teh whole.. bed moves everytime one of us rolls over hasn't bothered me too much.
I have one exam down.. 4 to go. And I wish they'd hurry up because everyone's done for the year and I'm not and it makes me sad.
I'm going a little fast. I guess I'll rewind a bit.
on May day we had our design report due. Sheweeeee that was stressful. Mostly bc we were stupid and didn't really dooo anything (besides just put the assignments together as fast as we could) but definitely not follow the "design process" to design our pumpkin launcher like we were supposed to. So we kind of had to start over. And we started Inventor.. and we'd do lots and lots and have to start over again. and again... and again.. UCK made me angry and not want to do Engineering. And then it made me excited and want to do it. so i just don't know. But I hope I find out soon! Me and Christin pulled an all nighter on the third floor of Torg working on Inventor... then I crashed at Ashleys friday night and then came back on saturday and worked from like 4:30 pm to 5:30 am on Inventor... I started fixing what was wrong with the assembly and spent forever on it, and then something screwed up and I lost all the changes, and i was soooo mad. And i fixed it again. And i printed it out, and I was going to start doing the drawings for all the dimensions of all the pieces in our launcher annnnnnddd I realized our assembly sucked because it used all the wrong dimensions and I had to start completely over. I was soo mad. and frustrated and tired and I swear my finger still hurts from how i cradled my computer mouse for that long! Then Sunday I got up and spent like 8 hours working on it again. It was so ridiculous.
Normally when I spend hourrsss doing something it's because I procrastinate, or go slower than I'm capable of. But I really did just sit there and work for 13 hours straight on nothing but Inventor. It had to've been the worst weekend ever.
Speaking of.. this weekend's kinda sucking too bc everyones just studying or going home. But next weekend starts SUMMER so it better rockkk :)
uhmm so we finally finished the report, and hopefully we'll get a good grade. And we did a presentation on it on tuesday. And I took a vector test monday, and did some random work but otherwise i did like nooothing monday-wednesday. then thursday came around and I tried really hard to study for physics.
But it was difficult and I left most of it for friday morning. And I studied as well as i could. But when i got the test i was like oh boy. i was stupid. i am stupid. and if i dont get a B on the test i'll get a C for the year, and I will be very very upset. If it wasn't physics I'd be upset just about a B. .. Stupid school.
Buuut tomorrow will bring more studying i suppose. I really wish sunday'd just go away. I want to take a testttt not just keep studying. I'm loosing interest in studying even though I know I have to (aahemm politics!)
Soo monday brings vector geometry, tuesday comes with politics and calculus, and wednesday at 7:45 is Engineering. OW. But then I get to pack ((although I've been packing as I go along, so I don't have much to pack I don't feel like. My dresser and desk draws are cleaned out.)) and I sign out of my room at 5:20 yippee I hope we can fit all my stuff in the car! haha I feel like I don't have a lot, and it'll be no problem, but then I think about it and i have a looot. Not nearly as much as mer tho so who knows. Hopefully we won't have problems.
