yay for chaos and near heart attacks(not real ones of course)- they make life interesting
I relaxed fabulously on saturday. And got mad bc mom and dad (of course) stayed late at the party they went to (and tried really hard to make us come to (can you say boring?)), so we had to cook dinner for ourselves... because I dont spend every day EXCEPT saturday making dinner. SIGH
Yeah, so Sunday was church (and gossiping about all that happened at camp over the weekend. ahh yes funny stuff) then the grandparents's for lunchish dinner meal as always. Oh! Ryan the cousin whos gives his poor mom a headache came. With his girl friend, and Ronnie's g/f came too. But no erick or amelia sniff
lol then I went to work
Melissa was left in charge and freaked out because she didn't think we were going to have enough food. We DID run out of rolls.. but oh well.
Then I came home and the fam had rented Ocean's 11 :) yay. That movie is really coooool. It makes me happy watching it. lol we are gonna get the old one next. lol workin backwards here
Monday, got up piddled around, and went to work. Ahhh I love working with Melissa. :) lol Eating dinner's much more fun with her because she talks :) haha and something always goes wrong when we're together. Monday, we had taco salad and alll of the toppings were in the walk-in refridgerator. And 40 of the 200 people were finishing eating, and so it's like 5:30, and the other 160 were coming at 6. And.. We come to find the fridge latch is completely stuck. And so all our food is stuck. :) Melissa was FREAKING out.. poor thing. lol I thought it was funny because I knew we'd get it somehow. A guy came and took off the latch around 5:45, so all was well. Except we had INSANE amounts of cheese left over... and toooo tooo many dishes.
Tonight? hmm I guess nothing really went wrong. lol We got out of there early!!! yayy that made me happy. Most of camp bethel were out eating/sleeping in the woods. It was just the end of the camp thing for the little 'uns, and DARE that we fed. So we did a buffet/picnic style hamburgers.. and so hardly any dishes to do since we used all disposable dishes and spoons. :-D yay
Then me and dad biked and raced. hehe I won all but one time. Twas fun.
This summer's actually kind of really flying by :-/
August 22, the start of classes is going to come fast. I can't believe by next monday, it will have been a month since we graduated.... CRAZY
I hate everyone having jobs. It makes doing things with people very difficult!
