I saw the Pixies last night!
It was absolutely awesome show, one of the best I`ve ever seen.
The venue was quite small, only about 2000 people if that.. It was ridiculously easy to get to the very front - like 2 metres away from them! Damn it was cool. Every song was gold! Of course - it was the Pixies. Once in a teenage lifetime!!
They opened with "In Heaven", then "where is my mind".
Other songs i can remember them playing - "la la love you" "monkey gone to heaven" "debaser" "here comes your man" "holiday song" "nimrods son" "vamos" "bone machine" "something against you" "hey"
and the encore - "giagantic"!!
Almost caught the damn set list. it bounced off my hand!
