Crystal Peaks - Year Two, Spring: Moss
Back to our robotic loving family, the Mosses! Last time little Layla was born and the house got a makeover thanks to the lottery.
See I'm not too happy with this - it was four days worth and I did try with Layla but I just couldn't do it. It isn't in her at all.
We start pretty much where we left off with Kirstie. She got her gold robotics badge so she's working on a little something special.
Layla doesn't look happy doing her homework so she decides to just leave it for the night.
She then had a late night so she could skip school in the morning - except she didn't because I'm just too good.
Horray a servo!
Kirstie activated the robot as a male and named him Crawley.
Layla got her first A+ from school, unfortunately she interrupted her parents doing the do.
Time to check in with The Fire House.
Kirstie decided to hire Zynlos (deedee_sims) to run the cash register and so far so good.
Good.
Better.
Best! Kirstie really had a good night at the business.

The next afternoon Layla brought Lyndsey Fisher home from school.
But when she went home she went back to her all time best friend Crawley. She and Crawley became fast friends.
Oh boo to you chance card.
Crawley isn't so effective in the day whilst he's charging up.
Whilst she waits for him to charge up Layla plays with her favourite toy.
Beckett immediately bans Layla from playing video games for cheating - evidence is not needed as he's her father and he can do what he wants.
All Kirstie does is work, work, work, work, work, work.
Horray it's Saturday! Crawley takes Layla to the park. I need to fix that grass colour.
The two start off with a game of basketball.
Eventually Crawley meets Layla's other family (I've decided that since Kirstie and Serena are such good friends that Serena is Layla's godmother) and gets to know Christian a little better.
And Layla gets to spend some time with her godfather Talin, with the look on his face I think she's cheating.
I don't often see the warlocks anymore with all the different witches/wizards in this 'hood so it was a nice sight.
I decided at the end of the last round that these two would have another baby but no matter what Kirstie would not fall pregnant - so they had a little bit of help from me.
Kirstie broke the news to Beckett over pizza, which is the correct way.
Trashbot is having some personal issues, come back later.
Kirstie wasn't too put off by the smell to go and fix it.
Crawley got hint of the pregnancy early on since he's done nothing but try and feed Kirstie.
She approves.

It occured to me quite late on that Kirstie and Beckett never got married - so they headed down to the town hall. The town hall doesn't have a wedding space which I need to fix so I improvised.

It was a lovely ceremony.
Such a wonderfully timed photo! Kirstie and Layla started dancing as Crawley got up to sing.
Back home, and it turns out Beckett ate all of the wedding cake. He needs to get that off since he's a firefighter and they need to stay in shape.
Layla isn't quite understanding how a baby brother or sister got in there but she's happy anyway.
Another chance for Beckett to get a promotion! These 12 hour shifts are killer.
Crawley promises he'll look after Kirstie whilst Beckett is on nights, just in case she goes into labour and he isn't there.
The kitchen got a little upgrade. The downstairs bathroom finally got taken down and the kitchen extended and the upstairs bathroom is now larger.
The round is about to end but just before it does Kirstie got a makeover ready for the summer.
And that's the Moss family done. This time around Kirstie created and introduced Crawley to the family. Beckett got a demotion but he's working on fixing it. Layla became best friends with Crawley and finally Kirstie and Beckett got married! Their second baby is due in the summer. Comments welcome as always!
