(no subject)
Ever had a tooth that's loose enough to wiggle around, and you want to pull it out because it's really annoying, but you're not sure how much it will hurt or bleed?
I have a sliver of bone in my gum doing that right now. It's annoying.
On a different, less disturbing/disgusting note, I just finished watching the Narnia movie. It was good, though not spectacular. I thought it did the book justice, but the pervasive CG effects kind of ruined the magic. Oh well. 7.5/10
I applied for two jobs today, with two more to follow soon, plus signing up for summer school. My two month vacation is most likely coming to an end soon. I have mixed feelings. It's nice to not do anything, but then, I wish I was doing something, because it would mean the whole face-plant-of-doom thing would never have happened.
I'm decently way through the book "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand now. Definitely different than I expected, but it's really good. Rand is a spectacular writer. I'm marking passages down that I want to turn into songs because they're so inspirational...not that I'll do the passages justice, but oh well. I'm maybe a sixth of the way through the book, and I've got four pages marked. Hopefully more come along. And if you're interested in reading a really good thousand-page novel, I'd recommend it.
