If I'm stressed I listen to music/sing like a madman and rock out....and/or play guitar at the same time.....but unforunatley my minimal skills reduce me to only microwaving faces to a slight warmth.

Yes, the rock out is my go to stress killer. Works everytime. Keep playing, the more you play, the better you can make the faces simmer.
