shadow boxes
I've been making shadow box projects lately. The whole process is really fun, especially if you enjoy paper cuts, painting, getting messy, and crafting to your heart's delight.
it's also a great way to use all your scrap materials. If you're into paper cutting, or have some cardboard around the house, or what have you. I admittedly toss out a lot of paper with failed artwork attempts, so it's a nice alternative instead of wasting.
Jellies were my first attempt.
I used;
cardboard, paper, acrylics, oil paint, and bristol paper.
