Yea for Tristeza! You should check out the new Books album and the new Sufjan Stevens.

How are you? I haven't seen you post in a long time, but then again, I'm not really on Livejournal all that much. Your comment about Hamlet reminded me that I just watched The Merchant of Venice the other night. I'm enrolled in this amazing Shakespeare class next semester that one of my favorite professors is teaching. I'm uber hyped because he told me it's going to be a huge endeavor decontextualize his work. We'll be reading all sorts of post-modern whatnot and completely reinventing classical interpretations. Woot!

Have you been reading much lately? I'm reading Laughter in the Dark by Nabokov and next on my list is a book of Conan stories.

Anyway, thought I'd say hi. Where are you working these days?

Hope all is well and you and your mysterious, political erudite hit it off!

a friend of mine recently introduced me to the Books. I have a copy of the lemon of pink and I love it. Also I know a bit of this Sufjan Stevens, but not enough. I always did appreciate your taste in music Jen ( ... )

Andey,

A fat, happy, halo-ed Pablo Neruda smiles down on you from heaven.
A pile of fat Chilean lover bones rattles from the grave.
All say in heavenly concord,
"You are a lover. Be a lover."
