(no subject)
today was pretty sweet. got out at 10:40 (which is absolutely magnificent) and went to quizno's w/ joey rachel dani and eilene (who never talks but just tags along cause rachel takes her home and no one likes her... including rachel). toasted subs are sooo delicious. then went to dani's for like 30 min, watched sportscenter and played with jersey who gave me a schlap hand, i was impressed. we also noticed that we had to stop for a school bus in her neighborhood, guess what that means? we get out of school before elementary kindergarteners get out hahahaha. then went to visit philip douglass with jason shane drew and anthony, peanut brittle was quite delicious. then chilled with shane all day, first time really hanging out with him other than just goin out for lunch or something - he's a real cool kid. his house is incredible. its big but not meredith house or jon badorick big and its quite close to my house. his family has every techno gizmo ever... and then some. his computer is amazing, it has 2 monitors that work together (just like i saw at my mentorship), the mouse drags across from one screen to the other to control each and he can be doing research on one screen and type a paper on the other alsdkfaskfjsa its amazing. and he has 56 gig's of music its incredible, all of his friends are connected together on a network and they all share their music together. his guitar was really sweet, he has better equipment than watson and he's pretty darn good, makes up his own music. they have diff styles, watson's def faster but shane's really creative its pretty neat. the thing that made me drool... his home screen projection/home theater system... OMG its so sweet. we came home to the entire house rumbling because his dad was watching top gun on the big screen. his dad is partially deaf cause he likes everything loud. he has like 4 subwoofers that shake the entire house and his dad bought and set up all of it. but the best part (which comprised most of the day) was playing xbox on the huge projection. the video games were soooo loud. oh and he has a 160 gig harddrive on his xbox which he downloads games online to put on, its friggin incredible. oh and he has a wireless headset for his cell phone so he can talk without having to carry it around (the house at least). ahhh im in love with his home theater system, we gotta have a movie night there sometime. oh and his mom has a cool british accent. she really does call shane "shane love".
