Find out and you will know!
I just found out about that certain live rendition of a song that totally blew me away at the Tori Amos concert in Stuttgart. I mean this awesome piano play before she played "Devils and Gods". In setlist posts I read that it is named "Tubular Bells", which I never heard of by Tori (but then again it didn't surprise me that much as I'm not über-familiar with her entire catalogue. Frankly, I am not really used to listen to everything she has ever put out, namely most of the B-Sides; you might need to know that this is not the case with the other four of my five all time favourite musicians; now this should give me reason to think O_o...).
However, today I finally had the urge to get to find out about this song hence I couldn't find it in my Tori folder. Yes, strange I know.
With a little help by google I found out that it's even a cover song! The original is by Mike Oldfield and appears, attention, on the OST for the movie "The Exorcist" from 1973. Yes, right *lol*.
In case you cannot comprehend why I dare to say that this is probably the most amazing play Tori ever did in my humble opinion, watch this. But well, you got to feel it live in order to understand me.
Also with some help by google I found a download section at yessaid.com (you see, I'm also not too familiar with all the Tori dedicated sites although I know quite some of them at least by name *g*; I just don't have the time nor motivation to keep updated with such things in terms of Tori) where you can download the song being played as snippet or intersection in live renditions of "Father Lucifer" (there you go, this is a song I actually never listen to and therefore also skip when it pops up in live sets I listen to).
So, question answered. ...Now I'm hoping Tori will put out a concert DVD for each of the dolls, and official bootlegs of course *sigh*.
