So I had a longer article planned out, but it's almost 2 am and I can feel my body on the edge of sleep. Anyway, I watched Sherlock Holmes the movie - the first one - and I was struck by the differences of RDJ's Holmes and Rachel McAdams' Irene Adler to Benedict Cumberbatch's Sherlock and Lara Pulver's Irene Adler. Plus, I've been hoarding ACD's Sherlock Holmes from the library and have just finished A Scandal in Bohemia, so there's this burning need for me to sit down and do a comparison on the big-screen Sherlock Holmes and BBC Sherlock.
But I'm sleepy, so I just thought, let me post this, so that people will poke and prod me to do it (if you are inclined to do so) and I can get it done faster. :)
