To carry on the tradition that Erika startedby not stating their name, I will continue to tell you about the best band in the world. They came to The Door last night. For the past year I've made memories that are tied to most of their songs (all thanks to Erika). I love their CD but couldn't ever find it ANYWHERE. I don't have a card...so, I couldn't get it off the netnet. Erika has their CD because the one of the band members sold it to her at Warped Tour. The point is, I was always like "oh my God, I love this CD. They are so talented!!" You know, sounding real gay like. I wish I could sound just like some normal band-lover but I feel like I sound like some flake. I just added them on the space of mine, which is weird cause they had been on my friends list. Which means that either they deleted me or vise-versa. But, they are all very nice. I got all of their autographs and a hug from Mark. I wanted to talk to them forever, but they are busy people and I feel stupid because once again it comes back to the "I feel like a flake" thing.
There were these moments where I felt connected to everyone that was standing in front of the stage and the band on the stage. Flawlessly they sang to us and we (meaning my three best friends) would look at each other. It was a look of "You feel it too?" We know we all felt the same thing.
After they played, we met the band members and got their autographs. Real nice people. I hate feeling like just another fan. Theyve probably always dreaded the retarded girls waiting to meet thembut I just wanted to tell them how talented they were/are/always will be. They need to come back to Dallas and other surrounding cities so I can love them over and over again.
I can not wait till they release their new CD(!!!)
....one day we may celebrate their fame, but mourn our loss of them to Mtv.
