Holy crap, we gots a house!
Found it yesterday, took Ben by after work last night, made an offer, found out this morning that our offer was accepted! Woohoo - in town one week and we got an awesome house - I'm hurting myself patting my own back ;)
It's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath tri-level with a 2 car garage, 2 fireplaces, 2 decks (one off of Master) and a patio! You can see Mount Hood from the master bedroom and deck - we are so excited! It has vaulted ceilings, lots of little nooks and crannies, and the neighborhood is beautiful! We close on July 18th and plan to move in the weekend of July 21st! We're bouncing off the walls over here!
