Well, my dear
Johanna has been asking me to update my journal more often... And I know I should, so here goes. I just needed someone to give me a little push out the door I guess ;)
I've spent the whole day with Johanna today. I had promised my mom to take her car to the Vehicle Inspection Company (Swedish - Bilprovningen) , so Johanna came with me. Good thing, cause I was kinda nervous since I've never been there before. But it all went well and the car passed without any serious remarks. After going shopping for food (we had to go to three different stores to find Filo Pastry) we went to her place and started to make lasagna. It was sooo tasty. After, we had an "Apple and pecan strudel with cinnamon" for dessert. It's one of Jamie Oliver's recipes, can be found
here. I suggest you try it, it was very very simple and quick, and most of all, delicious! It reminds me a bit of apple pie, except this is tastier :P This was also the first time (well technically second, since I've done this once before) I've tried an English recipe, and there were no problems. Though I did have to look up caster sugar in the dictionary ;)
The rest of the day we spent doing creative things we never really get the time to do; Johanna was building a homepage and I took up painting on one of my paintings that has been laying around since early this year. It feels good to have started painting again, I've missed it. And hopefully I might even finish this one! Although I do have at least two finished paintings that I don't know what to do with. It's like "Okay finished, next!". I would like to put them up but there's really no room left on these walls.. I need a bigger apartment.
And Tinitus is coming up! Anyone going? It's next Saturday, I'm sure it'll be lots of fun. Well, except for the fact that we have our very first exam at 9am on SUNDAY. Yeah.. I'm not kidding. It's the Phonetics exam. But I don't think it'll be toooo difficult so I will not cancel going to Tinitus ;) I guess I'll try to get some sleep in the car home to Västerås, and then there's pretty much time to get ready for school... Lol. Well, it'll be... interesting, to say the least.
