Some of these are ancient! From April of last year...gotta dust off those cobwebs! The Foreignshipping might make a future YGO Drabble appearance if it's not dead?

Hey elficiel! Good to hear from you! :D Also, I just realized I forgot a drabble, I just added it back in. It's Lingershipping! So it's like twice the OTP goodness!

And did you mean pre-canon? I went with an AU where Ishizu got the Puzzle instead of the Necklace, hope that's okay?

Avishipping (Ishizu x Yami Yugi)

The other half of her mind was always open to her, and it was where she found him most often, sitting in rooms that were empty and dark, surrounded by stone walls cool to the touch. Her own soul-rooms, while not vibrant, looked nothing like the underground caverns and corridors of her home, but his seemed to resemble them in a way that made her reluctant to visit. When she asked about it earlier, he had responded that he had no memories of his previous self, and his rooms reflected that.

When she walked inside his soul-room, he seemed to notice her presence instantly, although his back was turned towards her.

"Hello, Ishizu. Have you come to claim your wish?"

"You ask me that everyday," she said. "And no. I have not decided yet."

She remembered how difficult it had been to put all of the pieces together to complete her Millennium Item; the true puzzle, she learned, would be in helping rebuild him.

She thought of similar legends, of wishes and golden objects containing spirits. "It is a shame I do not have three," she told him, thinking again of everything she could do for her family, for her brothers, if only she had more wishes. "I would have two for myself, and I would save the last one for you, so you might know who you are."

His shocked expression put a smile on her face, and as she sat down beside him, tucking her legs underneath her body, it seemed to her that the room got just a little bit brighter.

Thank you so much! I loved the both pairing drabbles. The idea of Isis having the Puzzle is a great one, also with Priestess doing the making up of Atem. Mmmh, very interesting!

Yeah, I'm not really on LJ much either, I lurk a lot but it's difficult to use it for archiving longer things since I've had so many formatting problems, so I really end up only posting drabbles and small stuff.

If you're looking for more drabble/prompt ideas, you should check out the Comment Fic community, they have different daily prompts and themes for comment-sized drabbles. The fandoms are skewed far more towards TV and movies than anime, but if you just wanted to use it for prompt inspiration that'd work too. I write there on occasion, and it's a pretty cool place just to lurk and read, too.
