SoCal ahoy (maybe!)

I think I'm gonna try to come down to SoCal next week and visit. I can't remember the last time I was there.
Honestly, the nature of my visit is more of a personal one than a social one. For those of you who don't follow me on twitter (trust me you don't want to,) I've been dealing with some nasty inner turmoil. Don't get me wrong! Life has been swell lately, but some things came up a little bit ago that left me a little less than balanced. It's good, but it's bad at the same time. I can't base everything off people's actions, I'm the type that needs to hear it straight from the horse's mouth. Hopefully it will be a good visit XD Because honestly, when you're as isolated as I, and something like this happens, it's not good for your health lol. I'm not the kind of person who communicates well over the phone, so I'd rather take a chance to do this in person
...unless I get cold feet again. fffffffffffffff
BEYOND THAT I think I'll be down midweek? I can't really get weekends off anymore (unless hell freezes over again) so I'd rather use that sparingly for conventions. So if anyone wants to hang out after work/school :P Maybe a small group dinner? I heard Diamond Plaza is pretty much kaput so, it's up to you guys XD unlesswecangotoHausofPizza totallynotbecauseofdeliciouswaiterboy
Day 21- A picture of something that makes you happy.

Traveling, in general is probably what makes me the happiest. It's why I love going to conventions so much, I love visiting new places. I grew up going on a week long vacation every summer with my grandmother in the van that I currently drive now (unbelievable huh? that's how I know that thing is indestructible.) I've been all over California; to Mammoth, Yosemite, Tahoe, Red Rock Canyon, and almost every beach from San Diego to Morro Bay. Not to mention we drove to the Grand Canyon too! We even took a cruise to Mexico once. My Grandmother had literally 40 photo albums of our trips, her pictures were with a 35mm camera, mine a 10mm. I was lucky enough to get my album back, one of these days I'll scan some pictures.
Day 22- What makes you different from everyone else.
I AM A SPESHUL SNOWFLAKE. ... jk. This is such a dumb question, I mean we all already are different from each other? And it's all depending on different people's perceptions. But I guess the thing that makes me different is the thing that makes me normal. I've been through a lot of deaths in my family, bankruptcy, homelessness, and a bunch of other crappy things. It's not so much those actions that make me different, it's that I'm proud to be doing as well as I am and living a relatively normal life.
Day 23- Something you crave for a lot.

And a new living environment. But as aforementioned, I'm still trying to work hard at changing things, so no matter how much I want to move and be around people (and not have to drive 2 hours to visit anyone I know) I need to be in a better financial standing. But I'm working on it! I don't know when the time will be right, but it will happen c:
